Custom Hand Painted Mailbox Prices depend on the size of mailbox and level of detail. Mailboxes are primed, painted with special outdoor paint and several coats of outdoor weather protection sealer. Turnaround time depends on how many orders I have and how busy I am. I can give you a "rough estimate" of how long your order may take. Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Mailboxes can take a few days or several weeks to complete. Mailboxes are painted in the order they are received. Rush orders may be accepted for an additional charge.

Mailboxes are packed and shipped with the much care. If for any reason your mailbox package arrives with any damage, please contact me right away, same day of delivery. In order to process a claim for you, I will need photos of the package, exterior damage, before opening the package and any interior or product damage. Must be same day of delivery.
If any damage occurs due to shipping, your mailbox will be replaced - Mailbox design will be EXACTLY AS IS, per your original design approval. NO CHANGES TO THE DESIGN ~ NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you!
MAILBOX CARE & INFORMATION
I apply several coats of clear weather protection sealer before shipping. Please do not use anything abrasive on your hand painted mailbox as it may scratch and cause damage. To prolong the color and beauty of your mailbox, You may apply a clear spray sealer (optional) once per year, optional, such as Rustoleum glossy finish, clear spray sealer. Please follow directions on can.
